The contemporary entertainment industry is obsessed with dragons and mighty mountains. This is apparent in the gaming world, film, and fantasy literature. I dedicate and entitle this contemporary abstract art piece to this idea that captivates today's audiences.
This artwork has however evolved from the satellite image of the Najd Plateau in the Arabian Peninsula(Taken by USGS land that 7). It is part of my Planet Earth Series 2B and is one of several watercolor works that I have done, inspired by this satellite image.
